Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bowtie Pesto Chicken I have been using this pesto mix for years. I cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, cook it up and add it to a 16 ounce box of cooked bowtie pasta. I use two packages of this pesto sauce mix, cook it separately and then put it all together with parmesan cheese. Of all the recipes that I have made for my family, this is our absolute favorite. All I have to do is call my grown boys and tell them I am making the "green stuff", and they come with their families. It is becoming a Sunday family meal for us. We absolutely love this stuff. Like others have said, it is becoming very difficult to find.

I work long hours and when I get home at 1 or 2 am, I want something quick, easy, functional, flavorful and I want it to be easily storable for weeks. Years ago I found the Knorr collection of pasta sauces and it has been a staple for years. Lately, I've found the products difficult to locate in stores, priced to sit for months and today, I went to six grocery chains looking . . . I came online looking for ways to buy and am still looking. Great product! But so, so, so difficult to find.
