I add this to everything!!!
I really do add this to everything. I find it gives any dish a little more umph without having to add additional meat or salt to the recipe. To the reviewers complaining about salt, my response is that it is far superior to anything similar available in terms of flavor to salt. I will admit, I wish that Knorr had low salt alternatives for beef and vegetable. Short of making my own stock and reductions - and few of us have time for that - this product improves every dish I make. Thank you Knorr! Our local grocery, Dillon's, doesn't seem to be carrying it anymore, so my husband and I scavenge for it wherever we can.

Fantastic Stock for soups!
I'm allergic to MSG and struggled when it came to finding flavor additives for traditional family soups that didn't possess it. This product is by far the best out there. I add the pack to my grandmother's pozole recipe and it brought the soup to life. I was able to enjoy it without any fear of an MSG reaction. I'm also very happy to share these timeless recipes now with my children. I've begun using the Stock packets in more and more items and just love it.

Good, a little too salty
I like Knorr homestyle stock and have been using for several years. I wish it had less salt. I know there's a reduced sodium chicken stock available, but my supermarket doesn't carry it so it's not an option for me. If the stock had less salt and I wanted to add some, that's easy to do, but it's obviously impossible to remove salt that's in the tub. I just cooked a pound of noodles for Thanksgiving and they were very good, but too salty. Next time I'll be forced to only use one tub instead of two, which will get the salt under control, but underflavor the noodles a bit. It's a shame I have to cut back on flavor (and buy 1/2 as many Knorr tubs!) just because of an excess of salt. It wasn't terrible; we all ate and enjoyed the noodles, but they were a little too salty for some people's taste.
