Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder, cut into thin 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pack Knorr® Roasters™ Roasting Bag & Seasoning Blend - Garlic Ginger Flavor
  • 3 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 red bell pepper, quartered
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Place pork inside bag, then sprinkle seasoning blend over pork and mix well. Lay bag flat; arrange pork in single layer and place carrots, then pepper pieces on top of pork. Twist bag to close tightly, then secure with blue tie about 2-inches below the opening. Lay bag flat in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake 1 hour 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before opening. Carefully cut open bag. Remove pepper pieces and cut bite-size. Stir back into mixture and serve sprinkled with green onions. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice or noodles.
