Baking Through Generations Since 1911
Fayaz Bakers Limited began as a tiny shop bakery in the town centre of Mombasa Island in the early 1900's. Hand kneading flour and baking with wood fired clay oven we made delicious breads, cakes and cookies.
We have been baking through two world wars, the independence of our nation and into a new century. We understand taste and with this understanding we have the ability to create tasty, delicious, scrumptious, mouth watering snacks and foods. Some of our recipies have remained the same for over 100 years.
